that would be money for the Knuckle-heads... Nik needs another chance, If Bieska can get him... Makes me wonder if Kabs could get Nik +TFP Editor David Pagnotta reported late last night via Twitter that the Blue Jackets are shopping Filatov.
Filatov, 20, started last season with the Blue Jackets, tallying two goals in 13 games, but then left for the KHL, registering nine goals and 13 assists for 22 points in 26 games with CSKA Moscow.
The Moscow native has expressed his desire to return to the Blue Jackets and play in the NHL next season.
The Columbus Dispatch reported early this morning the Blue Jackets have been speaking with the Vancouver Canucks about defenseman Kevin Bieksa, and suggests Filatov could be part of a trade.

I believe that's simply not true, especially if your take the time to read through the details, I've heard people claim that, however I've never seen anyone who would know confirming it. On top of that, Boston & Toronto were the two pushing forces for league expansion (Smythe & Bing from news notes I've read, IIRC). Smythe was the idealist who wanted to double the size of the league within 5 seasons...you can find first hand quotes of him saying as much, not 2nd or 3rd hand accounts of his dislike for Vancouver (recounted years later).Your owners didnt want us in the league and vetoed us once as a matter of fact.
I know for a fact you are going by Wikipedia, but hey who knows I may have written that lol. Wikipedia is people opinions not factual evidence.
Again, there is nothing wrong with Wiki if you check the sources (linked in good occasions). "History of Vancouver". Tourism Vancouver. Retrieved 2009-01-21., Total Hockey, ed. Dan Diamond (1998), Andrews McMeel, p. 251.http://www.vancouversun.com/sports/hock ... story.html .... not like they aren't citing their sources.Wikipedia is people opinions not factual evidence.
-> its an NHL board of governors decision, typical board activity decisions require majority votes."Thus no member club has 'veto' power over a proposed franchise relocation."
Check past your more recent claim/compliant, you were originally in the East, and then complained about which American teams you were matched with, etc, complained when Chicago moved into your division. Every team has lots to deal with, # of border crossings, # times of traveling through the night, total # of KM covered, total # of flights, lack of flow to season, # of back to back games, # of times where your the start of a road trip, # of times end of road-trip, etc... every coach will say what they can for their team, but rarely does the media focus on it nearly this much. And now they have a Heart trophy winner and are barely making a fuss about it !!! insanity !!!!We complain about travel not who is in our division.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N51jmflc5Io --> your right, phantom stick... even whistled... blood... not called...LOL... hard to let something go when there is so much evidence, Fraser looking DIRECTLY at the two of them as it happens... not saying leafs don't have their situations they complain about, but they are no where near as often, and not pure speculation/opinion.Also two words DOUG GILMOUR...enough said. I moved out here with limited feelings towards the Canucks, even tried liking & cheering for the local team (which I do 100%; dumb not to for the sake of fun), I'd wager the common leaf fan has no feeling at all towards the Canucks, simply not true the other way around, at least by the comments. Perhaps in TO which I have no experience with, but in the north/west there was little feelings, even some interested fans. The same reason you hate us is why we hate you.
My grandpa more then anyone had a seemingly unfounded hate for the blue & white, though much of it seemed to be from only team to watch & beef with former players back in the day.World Champion Trail Smoke Eaters Playing Coach: Bobby Kromm Harold Jones Adolf Tambellini Cal Hockley Dave Rusnell Norm Lenardon Hugh "Pinoke" McIntyre Harry Smith Don Fletcher Ed Cristofoli George Ferguson Seth Martin Gerald Penner *Laurie Bursaw *Frank Turik *Bill Margoreeth **Walt Peacosh **Jackie MacLeod **Darryl Sly **Michele Legace Claude Cyr Trainer: Joseph Garay Assistant Trainer: Marshall Anselmo Manager: Ugo DeBiasio President: James Cameron
